Rsync.com = Risk of Lost Data
Why would you trust or use an unreliable technology to perform your backup or sync functions? The bottom line is that none of us want to think about the possibility that we might actually lose some of our precious files. However using an unreliable technology will catch up with you sooner than later. Companies like Rsync.net that claim to have a history of service don't tell the whole truth. The truth is that they are using a technology and infrastructure that could just as easily cause you to lose all your files just as quickly as you thought you were backed up. So... why go there?
There is no such thing as a 100% reliable computer, cloud based service or network. After all they are all based on machines and software built and written by humans, and ALL humans make mistakes.

The Constitution and your "right" to online privacy...
Your online Privacy from the mind of a Hacker... by: Schearer
Well now, I'll be most people never really think about what rights the Constitution of the United States and or the Bill of Rights actually affords you while you are online. This is a very short article with some very interesting points and all from the mind in the "hacker world".
At the end of the day your personal privacy and security online is your responsibility.
Don't count on anyone else to create a strong password, do it yourself, every time!
Don't forget to change your passwords at least once a year.
Always use the secure https option for Facebook, Twitter, and anywhere else that it's available.
Use SwissDisk end-to-end encrypted online sync and storage to help you stay safe and protect your data.
